Here's one of the test Siblings.

and can also be found here at Friendfeed.

TwittGeek is now parsing the friend search, which will be carried over to Friendfeed - if successful.

Social too is also enabled to refollow followers.

The bot has been running for a week using a test.yaml character file, thus the grand number of tweets already.

The character file has now been customized as a bespoke persona.

Here it is.

  1. Interesting project concept, but glancing at the character definition I'm not quite sure why my tweet was chosen:

I'm still honoured though, even if it was an automated finding. :)

  2. Hi Qrystal, thank you for leaving us a comment.

I'll have a look through the log files and see why it picked up that specific tweet from you.

  3. Very cool project. Jimmmo RT'd my tweet earlier today @itsecuritynz - pity the avatars cannot produce their own tweets as a list of RTs tends to stick out as, well, a bit odd. Perhaps a longer list of words in the style of Abulafia from Umberto Eco's Foucault's Pendulum would allow for a mix of RTs and random tweets. The random tweets could even draw upon the RTs. Good luck!

  4. Hi Paul, Thanks for leaving the comment.

Yes - we're working on a range of ideas to give each bot an array of posting types - and yes - mainly from the RTweets themselves.

Umberto Eco's Foucault's Pendulum is an interesting reference - I'll dive in, thanks!
